Expanding beyond its walls for the first time, BEEAH’s flagship leadership program saw 30% participation from external entities in Sharjah
BEEAH, the region’s sustainability and innovation pioneer, celebrated the graduation of the second cohort of its Future Leadership Program, a flagship initiative dedicated to developing future-ready executives to excel in high-impact roles. The ceremony marked the conclusion of the program’s 2025-2026 cycle, which welcomed participants from organizations beyond BEEAH for the first time since launching in 2023, reinforcing its growing role as a collaborative platform for leadership development rooted in Sharjah.
Developed in collaboration with global education leader Emeritus, the 10-month immersive program brought together 20 high-potential professionals to become agile, future-ready leaders, equipping them with capabilities across critical business domains, including emerging technologies, finance, innovation, design thinking, and communication. Reflecting the strength of the learning experience, the second edition achieved a 90% overall participant satisfaction rate and a 96% satisfaction rate for faculty quality.
This year’s cross-organizational cohort represented a broadening appeal for the program from forward-thinking businesses in the fields of media, philanthropy, and education alongside professionals from BEEAH. These included the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, The Big Heart Foundation, and the Khalid Bin Sultan Al Qasimi Humanitarian Foundation. With external participants making up nearly 30% of the cohort, the program is evolving into an increasingly open and collaborative platform, attracting participation from leading entities and executives across Sharjah and the UAE.
Commenting on the program’s expansion, Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO and Vice Chairman of BEEAH, said: “The Future Leadership Program reflects our commitment to empowering leaders with the skills to thrive in a complex global economy. What began as an internal initiative has matured into a leadership ecosystem that connects the sharpest minds with our most salient industries, creating valuable opportunities for shared learning and exchange. This year’s graduating class is a testament to that evolution, embodying a trajectory of innovation that has long defined our growth at BEEAH.”
The program revolves around an intensive curriculum comprising 10 modules delivered by a network of expert global faculty. This year’s learning journey was further refined to address the evolving business landscape, covering areas such as leadership, innovation, strategic execution, financial literacy, marketing, data analytics, and emerging technologies. Participants also took part in an exclusive industry visit to the Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund, gaining insights into sound start-up investments and the practicalities of scaling innovation.
A major component of the program was the capstone project, which culminated learnings in a final problem-solving exercise that challenged cross-functional teams to bridge pressing business gaps. The graduating cohort presented practical solutions in sustainability, climate resilience, urban liveability, and social impact delivery. Participants also received certifications upon completing executive education modules from globally recognized institutions, including Columbia Business School, Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, and MIT Management Executive Education.
Congratulating the graduates on their achievements, Hind Al Huwaidi, Chief Executive Development Officer at BEEAH, added: “Our belief is that innovation starts with the individual. Over the years, this ethos has helped us put high-potential talent front and center, launching initiatives such as the Future Leadership Program to spark change from within. Today’s complex corporate environment demands a different talent, one that looks past short-term obstacles to build sustainable solutions for tomorrow. This cohort has embodied this spirit and more, working alongside peers from partner organizations to remind us that extraordinary leadership is cultivated through diverse perspectives.”
The third edition of the Future Leadership Program is set to launch in September 2026. Building on the momentum of this cohort, BEEAH aims to expand participation beyond its existing partnerships to include a broader network of organizations and professionals from across Sharjah and the UAE.
