Inntelo AI, an AI-native platform for hotels, has announced the appointment of Julia Fernandez Clavera as its AI Solutions Director for EMEA.
UK-based Inntelo AI provides an intuitive, AI-native concierge experience that connects requests, service delivery, and personalisation across every stage of a guest’s stay. Directly from their phones, guests can request additional amenities, order room service, make restaurant reservations, and book local excursions – all powered by conversational and agentic AI.
Fernandez will lead all prospect and customer engagement for hotels and operators across EMEA as they implement Inntelo’s platform. She brings more than 18 years’ global experience across leading hospitality brands, including The First Group Hospitality, Accor, Marriott International, and The Ritz-Carlton.
Fernandez has extensive experience managing hotel openings and operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She brings deep operational and strategic expertise to the Inntelo AI team.
In 2025, Inntelo AI announced a pre-seed funding round worth over £500,000, supporting its commercial growth in the UK and internationally. The company’s technology is rapidly being adopted across Europe, Asia and Africa, with deployments and growth across the UK, Portugal, the Netherlands, Dubai, Sri Lanka, Kenya and Switzerland, working with hotel groups including First Group Hospitality, Brilliant Hotels Group, and other owner-operators and management companies.
Inntelo AI is also currently operating within franchise properties of global brands, including IHG, Wyndham and Radisson, helping hotels deploy AI-native guest experience and operations technology. Recent deployments include TRYP by Wyndham Dubai, alongside ongoing rollouts with The First Group Hospitality, including Ciel Dubai Marina – Vignette Collection by IHG, which opened in November last year as the world’s tallest hotel.
Julia Fernandez Clavera said: “Joining Inntelo AI represents the perfect convergence of my passion for hospitality and my belief in technology as an enabler of exceptional guest experiences. AI has the potential to transform how hotels operate day to day, empowering teams, optimising performance, and personalising every stage of the guest journey. As a truly AI-native platform, Inntelo is leading the way, and I’m delighted to be part of the team.”
Asif Alidina, Co-Founder and CEO of Inntelo AI, added: “Julia brings immense industry insight and operational experience to our team. Having been a hotel operator herself, she understands first-hand the realities of hotel operations and can empathise directly with our clients. This allows her to present our AI solutions with the confidence that they genuinely work for hotel teams in the real world.
“Just as importantly, Julia’s operational perspective and close engagement with customers will help us continue shaping the product, ensuring we build solutions that truly solve the day-to-day challenges hotels face. We’re super excited to have her as part of our leadership team, and can’t wait to see what we can achieve together.”
